Billing Terms and Conditions

At Maison Flame, we aim to provide a secure, transparent, and seamless billing experience for all customers in the United States and Canada. These Billing Terms and Conditions explain payment obligations, invoicing, refunds, and other important billing details.


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal: Use your balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Shopify Payments (or other proprietary gateway)

All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.


2. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.
  • Prices do not include taxes, duties, or other charges, unless specified at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for applicable taxes (sales tax, GST, VAT, etc.). Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation at the time of purchase.


3. Payment Terms

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is due immediately at checkout.
  • Subscription Services: Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle.
  • Late Payments: Payments not received on time may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee or the maximum allowed by law. Services may be suspended until full payment, including fees, is received.


4. Invoicing

  • Invoices are sent electronically to the email address provided.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
  • If billing errors occur, we will correct them promptly. Overcharges will be refunded, and undercharges will be invoiced.


5. Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds and credits are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.


6. Subscription and Recurring Payments

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: To cancel, contact our support team in writing. Access to subscription services continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Notifications: We may send reminder emails before renewal dates.


7. Payment Security

  • All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.
  • Payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways for maximum security.
  • We do not store full credit card details on our servers.


8. Disputed Charges

  • Notify us within 15 days of any disputed invoice via support@maisonflame.com.
  • Include invoice number and details of the dispute.
  • We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.

10. Governing Law

  • These Billing Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles, CA.
