Warranty

At Maison Flame, your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

• Condition: Products must be returned in the same new/undamaged condition in which they were received. Any product that has been installed, burned, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.

• Authorization: All returns require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact our customer service team before shipping your item back.

• Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Upon Delivery: If visible damage is noticed at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us immediately so we can arrange a replacement and file a freight claim.

• Concealed Damage: Any concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Defective Products: If an item is believed to be defective, we will assist you with the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Deductions: A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Custom or special-order products

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Products that have been installed, burned, or modified

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@maisonflame.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.

3. Ship your item back securely in the original packaging.
