Side Burners are perfect for those who want to cook outside but still maintain the convenience of being indoors. The Alturi Sear Side Burner features infrared technology fueled by gas to generate a massive 26,000 BTUs to create a perfect sear on your meats. Reaching temperatures up to 1,600 Fahrenheit, this burner will sear thick cuts of beef or pork, locking in flavor and creating coveted grill marks. Part of our Alturi line of luxury outdoor cooking appliances, the Alturi Sear Side Burner features the same elegant design and craftsmanship with #304 stainless steel construction, LED illumination, high/low adjustment for enhanced cooking versatility, and a stainless steel lid to protect the burner when not in use.

Returns

• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

• Condition: Products must be returned in the same new/undamaged condition in which they were received. Any product that has been installed, burned, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.

• Authorization: All returns require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact our customer service team before shipping your item back.

• Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Upon Delivery: If visible damage is noticed at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us immediately so we can arrange a replacement and file a freight claim.

• Concealed Damage: Any concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Defective Products: If an item is believed to be defective, we will assist you with the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Deductions: A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@maisonflame.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.

3. Ship your item back securely in the original packaging.
