You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In original packaging
- Including all accessories, manuals, and components
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required for all return requests.

- A return authorization,

Return Shipping & Fees
Non-Defective Returns (Buyer’s Remorse, Wrong Size, Change of Mind)
- Return Shipping: Covered by Maison Flame when returned within 30 days.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For approved claims: - Maison Flame covers all shipping costs.
- No restocking fee applies.
Refund Process
- Returns are inspected upon arrival at our facility.
- After inspection, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 10–14 business days from the approval date for the credit to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
