The Napoleon High Definition gas fireplace is the first See Through fireplace in the industry to offer so many dynamic design choices for firebox design. The clean-faced surround design is understated ensuring that it's all about the fire. Stick to a rustic and traditional feel with beautifully hand-painted PHAZER® Logs and the split burner system produces beautiful YELLOW DANCING FLAMES® or give the look a modern twist with the Topaz CRYSTALINE™ Ember Bed and burner or the natural-looking Mineral Rock Media Burner. Besides supplying two rooms with exceptional focal points, the High Definition also features a dual NIGHT LIGHT® which illuminates the ember bed and firebox while gently adding a glow to the room, even when the fire is off. One fireplace, two rooms, exceptional views, the High Definition is a gorgeously refined fireplace.

Eligibility for Returns

30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and unassembled
  • In original packaging
  • Including all accessories, manuals, and components

Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required for all return requests.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • A return authorization,
  • A prepaid shipping label, and
  • The correct return address.


Return Shipping & Fees

Non-Defective Returns (Buyer’s Remorse, Wrong Size, Change of Mind)

  • Return Shipping: Covered by Maison Flame when returned within 30 days.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.
    For approved claims:
  • Maison Flame covers all shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee applies.


Refund Process

  • Returns are inspected upon arrival at our facility.
  • After inspection, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 10–14 business days from the approval date for the credit to appear on your account.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If applicable, these exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
