Each fireplace features a nearly frameless design for a clean, unobstructed view of the flames or can be enhanced with an optional finishing trim kit to create a stunning focal point.
With optional heat management systems (DHC & DHM), these fireplaces provide flexible installation without the need for additional blowers or power venting. Customize your fireplace with a variety of high-definition log sets, designer media kits, fire art, glass, shale rocks, and vermiculite to perfectly match your style.
Set the mood with a multi-coloured LED ember bed and top lighting, controlled easily via the included remote or the advanced eFIRE app on your mobile device. Designed with safety, efficiency, and elegance in mind, these fireplaces are ideal for both residential and commercial spaces and come with premium safety barriers and a battery back-up control system.

Eligibility for Returns
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In original packaging
- Including all accessories, manuals, and components
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required for all return requests.
How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:
- A return authorization,
- A prepaid shipping label, and
- The correct return address.
Return Shipping & Fees
Non-Defective Returns (Buyer’s Remorse, Wrong Size, Change of Mind)
- Return Shipping: Covered by Maison Flame when returned within 30 days.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.
For approved claims: - Maison Flame covers all shipping costs.
- No restocking fee applies.
Refund Process
- Returns are inspected upon arrival at our facility.
- After inspection, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 10–14 business days from the approval date for the credit to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If applicable, these exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
